Description

Association of Transformational Leaders Midwest Spring Gathering

Join your fellow transformational leaders as we explore the theme of Leading From Within.

We'll be exploring how we can do our best work, both personally and professionally, when we lead from within - accessing the core of true self and allowing that to be the ultimate guide on the Hero's Journey we all take.

Dr. Rick Warm, PhD, Director of The Center for Wisdom and Leadership and specialist on the modern day Hero's Journey, and Michele Rae, Founder of The Center Within and Author of Living From The Center Within will be joining us in person to share wisdom on how to live more deeply from our centers - the core of who we really are, and to bring that authenticity, deeper awareness and creativity into our everyday lives, even when we face challenges.

Be inspired by like-minded people doing transformational work in the world, and engage in spirited conversation about what it means to "lead from within." Our two dialogue starters will share some of their favorite ways to go deeper inside to harvest the guidance, wisdom and passion of our birthright gifts. Discover some new ways of looking at things, and try on some very helpful daily practices and techniques to center, quiet and open the heart. Explore with us how doing that can help make the transformational work we do be even more effective with those we serve, while cultivating our own happiness and well-being.

We will meet in the Snyder Building, at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, in Chanhassen, MN

Snyder Building in Spring

We will be serving lovely fresh foods in the form of a buffet, with a pre-ordered option available for vegans, which is also gluten-free. (We regret that there is no separate option for those who are gluten-free, but NOT vegan).

As always, we’ll be allowing time to connect as we gather in the patio gardens at 2:00 pm and begin our opening circle at 2:30 pm. The event will end at 9:30pm.

Please email Kay Grace with additional guests you would like to invite that you recognize as Transformational Leaders.

(Please note that ATL Events are for members only, and are not open to the public)

Be sure to come early if you can, to enjoy some time outside in the beautiful gardens and to allow more time for connecting to friends old and new.

Cost

The cost to attend is $75 if received by April 14th ($85 after that date) and includes participation, food, and beverages, as well as a free day pass to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Remember that we now have an Annual Membership fee, separate from each event ticket cost, which must be paid once per year to remain a member in good standing. If you haven't already renewed, you can do that on the registration page.

If you have any questions about your membership or payments, please contact Valerie Lis, our membership coordinator: lisvalerie@gmail.com, and read all about the new membership dues and structure on our website: HERE.
